Right Hand Resources is designed to help older adults and special needs adults with personal and business solutions.  We do this by getting to know you and your wants, needs and desires as well as your concerns. We then develop a plan offering practical assistance and discuss the arrangements. We are very flexible and can work with you at your convenience on an hourly, weekly or even monthly basis once your requirements are established.

Services Offered

  • Organization – Review, sort, label and file all relevant papers. Discard and shred old and unnecessary paperwork.
  • Review - All policies and contracts related to insurance coverage for yourself and your belongings, including your car and home. Also review of bill paying and procedures.
  • Revise – Bill paying to manage cash flow, policies that can be improved in coverage and cost.
  • Prepare – Income tax information and papers for accountant.
  • Develop – Emergency medical file to include medical history, medications with dosages, medical power of attorney, DNR, doctor’s names, specialties and phone numbers, preferred hospital, insurance coverage information.
  • Provide – Copies of relevant papers to children, trustees and any other interested parties.
  • Personal Assistance and Support – Handle details following the death of a loved one – including but not limited to notifications to all necessary services and providers. This can include gathering information, filling out paperwork, working with your lawyer to provide everything he/she needs, changing car ownership papers, providing death certificates to banks, insurance, investment companies, subscription services, telephone, cable, utilities and more.
  • Problem Solving – Insurance, medical and miscellaneous issues including denied claims, over-billing, collections on past due bills and more. Reviewing and/or revising bill paying procedures
  • Ongoing Support – Paying bills and balancing the checkbook.
  • Clarification –Accompany you to important legal, financial and medical appointments and assist with understanding of complicated issues.
  • Education – Assistance with new technology including use of cell phones, answering machines, remote controls, pay per view movies, etc.
  • Arrangements – Appointments, transportation, vacation research and travel plans.
